- 6 Osprey rooms: have king size beds, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, large bay window area/bed-sitting area plus love seat for two.
- 6 Trumpeter Swan rooms: have king size beds, ensuite bathroom with walkin shower, large bay window area/bed-sitting area plus love seat for two, plus adjoining
den with queen pullout bed and deck.

- Group booking? All king beds can be converted to twin beds if neccessary.

- Two Night minimum stay applies on weekends always.

Cancellation Policy:
We are a small lodge and a reservation that does not show
hurts
us dearly when we turn down other bookings. So, we take one
night's
deposit by way of credit card upon booking. One can cancel before
14
days of arrival (30 days for Dec 20th to Jan 5th period) and receive
the
full refund less $30. 14 days before arrival though (30 days for
Dec
20th to Jan 5th), the full amount of the stay is due and payable.
*We
do always try and re-sell rooms in the event of a last minute
cancellation
and pass this along to those who cancelled if we fill the room, but
there
are no guarantees in these cases.
